My first call was answered by Gary, who was friendly, courteous and extremely professional. He got back to me quickly with a quote and logistic details. I also worked with Yvonne who assisted me through the entire process, from time of pick up to delivery, she kept me up to date along every step of the way.   I am so happy with the service from Freight Fox. I started with them at my previous company and was sure to reach out to them again in my new company as well. Have been dealing with them going on 4 years now.
  The customer service is excellent and rates competitive if not the best out there. Freight Fox will always work with you to find the best option and provide peace of mind by being on top of things and making sure you are in the loop. Should any issues arise they go above and beyond to correct it quickly.
  Thanks to them I feel more confident in not having to micro manage shipments.
