(March 6, 2021, 10:17 pm)I was looking to purchase an artificial floral saddle arrangement for my dad's monument and stumbled upon EM Bouquets. After some research I decided to reach out to Joanne to ask a few questions. She was prompt in responding, but also easy to talk with, honest, sincere. I was abit apprehensive about choosing flowers based on photos alone, so we decided to pick up the saddle ourselves. We went with a 34" arrangement for a tablet that was 42" wide. I was very impressed with the arrangement - they were indeed exactly as the photo on the website, and the quality of the flowers was evident. I appreciated that Joanne takes care to consider the Canadian weather, that the saddle legs are strong (and secure well without scratching the stone!), that she provides helpful information on how to select the right arrangement, and shows so much patience with all the questions I asked of her. Please see the photos I've attached and assuredly, have full confidence in making a purchase with Eternal Memorial. I know 100% that my dad would be happy with the arrangement we chose for him, and I know I will be coming back again. Thanks so much Jonane!
