(October 21, 2019, 12:59 am)Had a funeral for my mother-in-law on Oct 19 here and we dealt with Talar who is one of the funeral directors. Our early conversations planning, organizing, and getting the right options for us was nothing but clear and concise. She explained everything fully and also was aware that my wife's family is Chinese and actually volunteered information about a blanket covering ceremony. The pricing was as expected but gave us exactly what we needed/wanted - nothing hidden. My sister-in-law has mental health issues and she even was able to deal with her and did so responsibly without any confrontations/drama/outbursts. She was there for us start to finish. Not sure why there are so many unfavourable reviews and based on our experience, all the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place - specifically Talar. Thank you for your kindness, expertise, and professionalism.
