I have always been overly cautious in selecting my IT service provider, given the impact IT infrastructure downtime can have on my business.
Meeting with Ken, considering the time he took outside of his busy schedule to understand the situation and propose alternative solutions, was when Dytronix earned my trust and within four short hours, not only my problem was resolved, but also I took away a number of valuable pointers that I am sure I won't be trusting anyone but Dytronix when it is time to get assistance with their execution.
