I've worked with several trainers in the past and I haven't seen so much gains in such a short time span. I've recommended people to him and they too have had a terrific experience. -

Pasha’s meal plans and workout routines definitely work. Very honest approach, you have to do the work and follow the recommendations.

I trained both in person and even online during this Covid times and Pasha's training literally changed my life for the better. Also my nutrition with his guidance became way better too.
