(August 20, 2021, 3:25 am)Practice range available at an additional cost. Wide fairways, but still need to plot your way around the course with left and right dog legs. Recently added blue tee box on front 9 to add more length. Greens in great shape.

(July 28, 2021, 6:45 pm)Bloomington Downs is a love/hate kind of place. Great for an easy round of golf with some friends as the course is decently maintained and is wide open. This isn't a really challenging course, but the challenge is dealing with the other golfers here. Bloomington Downs is like the wild west, there's never really a marshall, pace of play has a range from the people behind you are hitting into you even if you're playing at break neck speed to theres 4 groups at the tee box waiting because one group is moving at a glacial pace. I've also seen folks drive their golf carts onto the greens here.

(July 3, 2021, 3:15 am)I don’t write many reviews but I have to say, this is a great place to golf. I love the staff, they’re so friendly. You also can’t beat the price. There wasn’t a marshall on the course today which was definitely needed due to some slow groups, but as a beginner golfer I found this course fun and somewhat challenging. I had a concern and spoke to Bill—the Operations Manager—who was calm and compassionate, and displayed amazing customer service! Can’t wait to play here again :)

(June 26, 2021, 5:08 am)Course was in great shape. Fairways are forgiving. Lots of room. $63 for a round and a cart. You can't beat that. They have some temporary tee boxes as they are improving the course. Updated yardage signs to the green would be helpful on those holes. Greens are in fantastic shape. Staff are super friendly. Can't wait to come back.

(April 16, 2021, 1:30 am)Love this course every time we play here. It's open fairways are forgiving but the holes are challenging when it comes to ball placement. Greens were fast when we played, some were slow. Undulations were fun. Pace is average. Marshall is friendly and keeps it moving. Pull carts are light but sturdy. Drink cart comes at the perfect moments. Playing here again and again!
