They provide amazing, timely, and professional service on my Audi, giving me the feeling that I'm driving out with a brand new car every time they finish their work. Mohammad(owner) is very honest and friendly towards all his customers, and he takes phenomenal care of each individual car. He is very is upfront and concise in explaining the issues with the car, and will ensure that he orders the best quality parts for all his customers at a fair price! The auto service they provide is very quick and qualitative, ensuring every car is perfect to return to their customers. 16th auto service provides the best combination of great customer service, timing, and quality I have ever seen. I highly recommend this place for any of your car needs!

Very good experience coming here. Sean (sorry if spelling is incorrect) is very friendly and helpful. Was able to find out why my tires kept losing pressure and explained it to me after fixing at a reasonable price. Another day I left my car at the shop after they closed and called 45 minutes after they opened the next morning and Sean already had the problem fixed and the car waiting to pick up. He said it was a quick and easy to fix and didn't charge me for it, he even explained to me how to fix it if it happened again. Very honest and knowledgeable and helpful and friendly in my opinion. Will definitely return if I need anything else for my car (hopefully that won't be often even though I am pleased from the experience) haha.

They have provided professional services in a timely manner. The store has a very clean waiting area for customers while they were doing oil change. The price is fair and their service is good. Also, these people are very friendly and reliable. I have been going to this shop for many years and I am happy for the work they have done.

Mohammad here is probably the most honest mechanic I have met, he genuinely goes out of his way to help customers. I only paid for scanning my car, but when he saw only Honda dealer has the approval to fix the issue he set me up to go with Honda dealer but the lengths he went to ensure I got the service I deserved was outstanding. He even consulted various mechanics to give the best advice to help me. He was pretty much treating me like family tbh.

Best customer service I've ever experienced with a mechanic!! I was blown away at how Mohammad (the owner) went above and beyond for my myself and my vehicle! Communication was timely & transparent, while the work completed surpassed all expectations! 1000% would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic!
