He even is available after my mortgage closed for some fine-tuning and credit score advice, he helped me for last 7 years to go through 3 mortgages, all 3 of those went smoothly . Babak understand my needs and also to explain things when I had questions. He was also available not just during regular working hours, which came in handy when I had to make decisions!
Now he is a great friend and I recommend Babak for your mortgage needs 1000% -

Having one dedicated Mortgage Broker from start to finish was exactly what we needed as first time home buyers. Babak got us an approval very quickly after we put an offer on our house and we were so happy with the interest rate and mortgage features. Babak was very responsive and prompt in getting back to us and he walked us through all steps and ensured everything was clear. Really good experience and we highly recommend him to friends and family going forward!
