Dr. Madden has been our vet over the lifetime of 2 beloved family dogs, has seen us through run-of-the-mill to serious and complex and has been the knowing and reassuring voice of reason in all instances. Highly recommend.

Recently faced an urgent care situation... Dr. Kratochvil quickly provided assessment; appropriate tests and treatment plan... and also, so importantly... incredible understanding and support. A truly skilled and caring doctor. On behalf of our girl, heartfelt thanks.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years and I drive all the way from Toronto because I know my furry family are taken care of as if they belonged to her or any of the other Doctors/staff members. Dr. Madden is the most caring, sensitive and brilliant Doctor I've ever encountered and in my opinion, she is Gods gift to animals!!! thank you for always looking after my furry family.
