We were moving into a newly-built office building and we wanted to make it secure and easily accessible at the same time. Their service was recommended to us by my brother since they were also the ones who helped him set up an access control system in his own office. They were very accommodating to my requests and knew what was needed to be done to get the exact results that we were trying to achieve. From start to finish, they were helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I know that I definitely made the right choice of taking their services.

(March 18, 2020, 10:39 am)We noticed a static sound coming from our intercom system so we asked Access Control Richmond Hill for help. No matter what kind of troubleshooting we try to do, nothing would make it go away. The strange sound was still there and we thought that we would just replace it. Their service staff came on time and inspected our system. He explained to us what caused the irregularity and assured us that it can still be fixed. There was just some issue with the audio equipment that he needed to take a look into. He worked on it immediately and got our intercom restored as if it is brand new. Very happy with their service!

(March 12, 2020, 5:33 am)Superb service! They were able to make the access control systems on our gate work again. It wouldn’t open or close even after we entered the correct code. Contacted their company and they responded to our request immediately. Within just thirty minutes or so, the gate was fully functional again.
