I purchased my first house from Sundial and it's been a great experience so far. Since the closing date, Janice was extremely responsive and friendly, and addressed all of my issues even before we got to the 30 Day Form. They went above and beyond to resolve issues that technically weren't even their fault, which was impressive to see in a home builder. Mike is very polite, friendly, and an amazing handyman from day 1 who has always done the most to address even the smallest of imperfections in my house. Robin has continued to be very accommodating, responsive, and very pleasant to coordinate with regarding warranty items. Overall I would recommend Sundial and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Honorable mention to Ken and Tely for also being really nice!!

Overall really pleased with our our purchase from Sundial and would highly recommend to friends and family!
