Taking any challenge in somebody's journey, whether it is positive and just needs a little boost to get to their potential, or negative and requires utmost patience and care, is what Caity does and she does it with flare. She has so much passion and she strives to help her peers to do just as well or if not, better than her. It is an unbelievable feeling to have somebody genuinely want to help AND see you succeed ten-fold.

Strong, passionate, courageous and will always tell you how it is. I am so grateful for all her help and her continuous joy.
Caity has been absolutely amazing! She has helped me set goals and has made it so I can and will achieve them! She has gotten me on track with going to the gym and with my eating habits which she implements gradually so that I do succeed. Because we live in different provinces we haven't been able to meet in person but she is still always there when I need her. We still speak everyday and she is always checking in! Caity is awesome and I am so thank full for all the help she has already given me!
