I recently bought a new truck at Shanahan and had a great experience. Christian provided a great low pressure buying experience. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and explain all the options available and was very upfront and honest from the get go. He really did work hard for my business as I was shopping around. The finance people also did a great job at showing the financing and warranty options without making me feel pressured like most dealers do. It was all factual and the intent was for me to make an informed decision. The dealership turned around the vehicle in a fews days as well. Fast service department, I was very impressed!! Had a shuttle drop me home, and pick me up when my car was done. Polite staff. Every car has issues that arise and it's good to know ford handles them fast and professionally. Thank you, Ford. I do hope I don't see you again soon, because it means something is wrong with my car! :)
