It is refreshing to have the care and expertise of the actual business owner come and do the work. Their customer service and quality of work is excellent! I would highly recommend them!

From the provision of the initial quote, to contract and moving forward with the install of a new furnace and air conditioner, this company was easy to do business, timely with their responses and very professional and courteous. The office staff were great – they readily provided any additional information or answers to our questions and were quite accommodating in our scheduling needs. The service/install crew are a great group of guys: very friendly and respectful. They took great care in preparing our home for the work, explained everything as they went along, gave excellent maintenance tips, took great care in ensuring everything was working smoothly and programmed correctly AND left the place tidy and clean upon completion.
After getting a few quotes from other companies, we called on S.R. Gillis & Sons as our neighbour had referred them to us. They were extremely happy with the service they had received, and I can say we are truly pleased and extremely satisfied with the service we received.

(August 22, 2016, 5:18 pm)I haven't actually used them yet, this is just a review on their quote for a service call.
I just called them, their price for a quote on both a furnace and central a/c diagnostic is half the price of Canco and Aire one. The one review posted is encouraging. I am hopeful they will do a good job and not overcharge.
The lady answering the phone was pleasant and clear to understand.
