I loved every moment! All instructors are motivating, caring, have a sense of humor and they are making an effort for students to progress. I miss my classes. Best experience I have had. Great results! Thank you.

I came to Ilan to learn some self defense techniques to make me more confident in my ability to deal with an armed assailant. I am certain that when I get practiced with the techniques that I have been taught and
if someone does attack me, it will become their worst decision ever.

Been going since the first school opened. I've practically grown up here, made best friends and learned many disipline's. This is definitely the best place for martial arts and family in Toronto! The owner and instructors are always willing and able to work along side you.

While I've had many martial arts instructors over the years, no one has gone above and beyond for me like Ilan.
