I'm very glad to have transferred to On the Spot Rx. The customer service is excellent. Every time I process my prescription, I get a call or email soon after from the pharmacist to let me know my medication is ready for pick up. He also calls promptly to let me know if my insurance doesn't cover my medication, and he tries to get me the cheapest prices. Whenever I take a picture of my prescription, my medication is ready to pick up in less than 15 minutes. There was a time when they didn't have my medication in stock and the pharmacist called me right away to inform me and he offered to deliver the medication to my house at no charge. This service is quick and efficient. I wish there were more location in Waterloo Region. Overall, amazing company!
