Always love lush! Their staff is so helpful and kind ni matter where I go. I was looking for a face mask and one of the girls offered me a full facial treatment before I even bought anything! I ended up with a different face mask than the one I wanted, and a whole new routine that has made my skin so smooth and soft! They know their stuff

Came in trying to find a face mask for my niece as she wanted to do a "spa day: *Shes 10 and I was worried about her skin being too sensitive to the basic brands at shoppers* the lady helping us made sure we got the best one that wouldn't end up hurting her face.

The are a bit pricey, however they are good for the environment and for the "cosmetics" you get you'll feel ridiculously beautiful on the inside. The "cosmetic" provided are all 100% organic based materials for bathing and maintaining proper hygiene, noting that beauty is only skin deep, and you need not cover it up with an inch thick layer of makeup! ????

My girls love going to this store. The staff are so great. Very personable and helpful! One of them recognized me and my kids from the last time we were there over a year ago! Now that's someone who cares about what they do! Will definitely be back!

This is my favourite lush location ever- for the sole fact that they have the most welcoming staff I've ever seen. They are always there to help and know their products well to know what to suggest. They are very good at remembering who you are and make you feel like a valued customer. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend shopping here if you're a lush veteran or if you're new.
