(March 8, 2020, 2:10 am)Mike and his incredibly capable team did our kitchen renovation. They offered the best price, quoted the most reasonable time to completion and price. It sounded a little too good to be true but now that the project is done, we can honestly say that we are incredibly thankful to have met this fine gentleman and his crew. They built our dream kitchen and stayed within the quoted time and budget. They showed up on time every day, and did not leave until they got their many tasks for the day completed. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and were always very courteous and respectful to us and treated our home with care. Mike was always available in person, by phone, or by text message for our questions and new project requests— even into the evenings and weekends. This is very rare for contractors. He made us feel like we were his only customer, despite leading many projects across the GTA at the same time.

We felt very relaxed and at ease during the whole project and the team made our home renovation very enjoyable from start to finish. The though out ideas and unique recommendations that the FCC team gave us made our home more amazing then we could ever have imagined.Every detail of our home was planned out by Mike and Max and their team with precision. The professionalism that we saw during the construction of our home was like no other. (December 29, 2017, 12:20 am)Mike and team happily oversaw a very large home renovation with extensive issues both inside and out. The work was both large scale and detailed from full infrastructure of demolition, insulation, windows, doors, floors, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, painting and working with an architect and the City permits. In addition there are meetings every day to review work completed, work questions and work planning. I have relied on FCC since 2009 and the owner/operator remains consistent along with the rest of his company. With confidence, I recommend First Canadian Construction.
