Eugene cares about the quality of the service he provides and the outcome. He communicates well regarding his ETA and arrives as arranged. He leaves everything clean. On this most recent occasion he came to repair a broken washing machine and informed us that it would cost more to repair than replace. We then engaged him to install the new washer and dryer we purchased. We will continue to us EZFIX for appliance repair and won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Eugene came to our home and was professional, proactive and efficient. He did a great job fixing our dryer and gave us tips on how to prevent a similar problem from occurring again. We would definitely use their services again.
