My fiance and I went directly to the builder (bypassed dealing with real estate agents), and spoke to Juliana Orsi. She was absolutely wonderful - helped us navigate the world of real estate as first home buyers, was incredibly personable & customer focused, and answered all of our silly questions and concerns. She even gave us her personal email and cellphone number to answer any nagging concerns we had about the home buying process; just incredible client focused care.
