  When i went for my first appointment, i did not know what to expect. I went with lower back pain issues, and some clicking noises in my hip that had been bothering me.
  Dr. Adam asked for x-Rays for my back and neck, plus other tests for the nerves, so he can know exactly what he was dealing with. This gave me a great sense of confidence to continue with him with the treatment.
  Now after 3 months with Dr. Adam, i am able to walk and move so much better and the pain that i was living with when walking and during daily life routine has eased up so much. Am still a working progress but am so happy and positive that am in good hands. Big thanx to you Dr. Adam.

  My wife was already a patient of Dr. Adam, so I decided to make an appointment, as I was experiencing severe lower back pain. Dr. Adam was professional and knowledgeable during the diagnosis and assessment review. He reviewed all of his findings with me in great detail, and answered any questions I had. He provided a detailed treatment plan to first help with the main discomfort I was experiencing, and then ongoing treatments to help prevent future pain and discomfort in my lower back.
  
  What I learned from Dr. Adam was that although the chiropractic adjustments were necessary, you also need to be involved in your treatment plan as well. He provided simple stretch routines that I used to help with the healing process, and gave exercise recommendations to get me back into my workout routine.
  
  Overall I feel great and I have Dr. Adam to thank for that! Thank you!

  I would definitely recommend Dr Adam for anyone with chiropractic issues! Over the time I started seeing him, my back and neck pains have significantly decreased. I also really like how he goes over the plan of care. It's nice to be a part of the process and be aware of what the end result will look like. The environment at the office is fantastic as well-- Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. So glad to have met everyone there! --Nikita

  My boyfriend attended as a patient for approximately 6 months, in just this short time we saw noticeable improvement in his spine coming back into alignment. I always accompanied Adam (my boyfriend) and we were both always made to feel like Dr. Adam was genuinely interested in us and he was always very personable and friendly (so was all the staff). We also appreciated the motivation Dr. Adam provided to look at how we could improve our health and wellness at the same time. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend Dr. Adam to everyone I know. Thank you!

  I had been seeing various chiropractors for 13 years before I decided I needed to find somewhere that was going to serve my needs of actually figuring out why I was in pain constantly and why I wasn't getting any better. After searching online, I stumbled across Dr. Adam's office, and I knew immediately I had found the place that I would feel like I was getting care and getting better. In my previous 13 years of chiropractors I had never once had one suggest a nerve test or X-Rays of my back and neck to determine what was going on with my spine. This is the first thing done at this office. They find out what is actually going on with you and then work to solve the problems. I had been suffering from chronic pain and migraines for 13 years, and even after the first appointment with Dr. Adam, I knew that I was no longer going to have to suffer, the headache I had had for a week solid was gone, and the awesome thing, it didn't come back the following day, or the following week. With Dr. Adam I have seen nothing but solid progress and actually recovery! Dr. Adam is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients getting better. Fast forward to today and I no longer have migraines daily, I no longer suffer the way I had been for so many years. Every single person at that office cares about you and wants to see you get better. I cannot say enough about how awesome Dr. Adam has been in helping me rid myself of my pain. If you are looking for someone to help you move past your pain and suffering as well, I would recommend you go ASAP!!
