Bob has been our outsourced IT department and it works so well for a small organization like ourselves. Always responsive, always has a solution, but, most importantly, makes any solution or work that needs to be done as frictionless as possible... I never worry, he just gets it done. Engaging with a firm like Digital Hero makes sense for small business that has IT needs but needs to be able to count on someone like an employee, but not at the expense of a full time employee.
