Our group of 12 coworkers booked a Wellness Day with Linda. What an amazing day! Linda brought our group together with gentle yoga, relaxation, Qi Gong and meditation. I personally have never felt so relaxed and at peace as I did that day. Two days later I’m still feeling wonderfully relaxed and at peace. I highly recommend that everyone spend some much needed “me time” with Linda. What a great way to recharge!

Linda has a wonderful grace and style in which she delivers her classes. The class I enjoyed had us turn our attention to the subtle - yet powerful - focus of the breath. Being mindful of the way the breath moves in ways I’ve never explored. Wonderful and accessible to every body. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of attending a yoga workshop with Linda at a UK yoga festival, too bad she went back to Canada! Her years of experience stand her in good stead to deliver a very clear, enjoyable and informative class. I liked especially that she was very good at instructing with just her words and I didn’t have to look up to see what was next. That enabled me to really feel into my body as it began to unwind in a way I dont always get in a yoga class.It was great. Linda was very available for questions afterwards, she knows her stuff indeed. Come back to UK Linda !
