(February 13, 2023, 7:09 pm)I love supporting new small food and beverage outlets and entrepreneurship is encouraged. Hearing the introduction of the radio station, of course I have to try it. What a pity... Alas! First of all, the waiter brother actually wears slippers? Secondly, the price is not cheap. There is no surprise for the beef offal, which is considered acceptable. However, the beef brisket noodles are not fresh rice noodles but dry noodles. All in all, disappointed. Maybe it's just too new and not perfect, and I sincerely hope that it can be improved.

They are famous for their beef brisket noodle, and now relocated to a new location at Warden / Steeles (opposite end of T&T plaza)! According to their Instagram page, they have already been around since 2017 in the New Kennedy plaza.
We have ordered the following, and here's what we think about them...
- Beef Offal Noodle ($10.99)
Quite a lot of offal in the bowl, all were soft for chewing, however, the noodle was a little soft to our liking. First time having beef intestine in an order of beef offal anywhere, so that was quite an experience! The soup was flavourful and not overly salty.
- Pork Intestine Rice Noodle Roll ($9.99)
Large-sized rice noodle rolls that were slightly pan-fried, soaked with delicious sauce that the pork intestines were cooked with. The texture of the rolls was a little hard. However, it was still a pleasant bite. Perhaps they poured a little too much sauce to our liking, it made every bite saltier than the previous bite.
- Fried Noodles ($11.99)
Big plate of fried noodles that were fried with just the right amount of soy sauce to give it its signature brown colour. Not overly greasy, but the aroma was a little lacking.
- House Special Beef Ball in Seaweed Soup ($8.99)
8 bouncy and chewy beef balls floating in the seaweed soup. Every bite was not mushy, and the beef tendons were visible on the balls. The soup was nothing too special - typical Chinese seaweed soup.
