Great advice. Super friendly staff (Joe and Karen). Good prices. But most of all they really care about the products they sell. I bought a new Cana-vac unit to replace a 20 year old Hoover unit. Don walked me through how to install it myself. And when I came back with a tricky set up in my basement Don provided exactly the parts I needed and clear instructions on how to sort it out. Perfect 10/10 self installation. I’m glad I drove from mid town TORONTO. Much better service than other dealers I visited.

I asked a quick question about whether a package would work for my existing (quite old) unit, as I'd just moved into a new house. The response was prompt, and as soon as I ordered, the order was shipped within the hour and arrived the next day. Wonderful service. Thank you!

What Service! After my original order for a replacement in house vac system , the hose did not fit my older house. One email to Vacmaster, and they asked for a photo of the connection in my house, once they received that Joe offered a solution and shipped not one but three different reducers to make the system work. Nothing but praise for the service and solutions from Vacmaster

I was impressed by the quality and speed of service. The person helped me find the part I needed and gave me good advise to make the best buy for my money. I received the parts for my central vacuum within 48 hours and was happy to find out that the replacement part is of better quality than the old one.
