As a first time home buyer, I know I had endless questions and Brad answered all of them. He took me to what felt like all the condos in Markham so I could find just the right one for me and I did. I always imagined buying a home to be a challenging process, but somehow, even with a pandemic, Brad made this a stress-free journey.

Brad was very knowledgeable, professional, caring, & attentive to our needs. He did a great job educating us on the areas we were looking, and on the houses (he even brought a thermal camera). With his help we found a great home, in a great area.
