The overall atmosphere was quite harmonious! Since my sleep has not been very good, I also wanted to use meditation to see if I could adjust my state, but the results of my own attempts at home were not good, so I also took this opportunity to ask the teacher to guide me. ~In addition, when the event was coming to an end, I was fortunate to find the opportunity to communicate with Teacher Sara alone, which gave me a lot of inspiration for my life status, thank you very much! This is one of the best healing pavilions that I have heard and experienced in Toronto for spiritual growth and self-growth!

I have to say that under the guidance of the instructor, I can really enter the state quickly, and I also found that this is a good way to quickly calm down and relieve anxiety. The Card Reading session after the meditation also gave me an opportunity to understand my heart more deeply. At the same time, it is also a good place to sit down and chat with friends in a different way. It is recommended that everyone who is interested in Toronto can try it~
