Staff is VERY knowledgeable and thorough. Son liked the work out and they are flexible in terms of payment plans and classes.

(December 6, 2022, 12:30 am)Have my son attending Twist to improve strength and fitness in the baseball off-season. Really happy with the work ethic and teachings of the coaches/trainers. So far classes have had a low athlete:coach ratio and it's been really good value. Definitely getting the most out of my son in terms of training. He loves it.
