(December 4, 2019, 6:01 pm)I took my 4 year old son and 3 year old daughter to try out Valour and I'm so glad we did. My kids love Valour and look forward to it every day. Coach Pete is great with kids!! He has all sorts of activity and strategies to keep the kids engaged. They're learning so much and having fun doing it. We've felt like part of the family since day 1. Thank you Valour!

Over the years I've seen him work with skilled competitors, absolute beginners and everyone else in between and his level of attention and enthusiasm is equally consistent with each. It would never be the wrong decision to learn from Pete at Valour Martial Arts and Fitness.
