I booked a time for a Sunday afternoon. Although his job at another clients was taking longer than expected, he kept me updated throughout on his timing which I appreciated.

(March 30, 2021, 3:11 am)Travis is an utmost professional. I used to load my tires in my car and drive down to a shop the old fashioned way. I discovered TS tires through a friend and have used him for multiple tire swaps for 2 years now and even purchased brand new tires from him. He is quick to respond to texts and phone calls and is upfront and transparent with his pricing. He shows up ON TIME and communicates clearly. It is so convenient to sit in your own house or workplace and you come out and your tires are swapped and installed CORRECTLY just like that! He can do everything a Tire shop can and all you have to do is give him a call and tell him what you need. You will not be disappointed with this service. I am going to use him and his company for ALL my tire and rim needs from now on!

We were able to purchase the tires, have them installed, and have the all-seasons stored for winter all through his service, which was very convenient. Travis took us through the different tire options, and was very helpful through the process for first-time car owners. He was also conscientious about social distancing, offering contact-less pay options, and wearing a mask and maintaining distance during the service.

Travis is a great communicator, he always replies in a timely fashion and can provide quotes/pricing quickly by text, email or phone. His prices were reasonable, he showed up on time and was very professional; he swapped out all of the tires right on our driveway with the appropriate equipment from his equipped truck. I also took advantage of his economical tire storage offering. Suffice to say, he will be my go-to for tire swaps, new tires and storage in the future.

I had a nail in my tire and he dealt with it swiftly and with care. I've gotten tires from him too and he hooked me up with amazing price. I compared prices and he was the best by far. Customer service is amazing, Travis is very nice and honest, and the quality of his work is top of the line! Would definitely recommend! So convenient! Thanks TS Tires!
