The paradox of chiropractic is that (a) it is a therapy each of us needs in modern life to keep the nervous system working properly but (b) the traditional adjustments tend to be aggressive and uncomfortable, and don't seem to last very long. Dr Val is a practitioner of a system which uses gentle non-aggressive adjustments that will "entrain" the body and last longer. Most people tend to fall asleep during the session.
