Paula knows everything about your taxes and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the most from your taxes. She leaves NOTHING out.

Found it very convenient that I could do it all online. I was able to upload all my documents to a secure portal and it was filed in a day! Great team and great service! Thank you!

(March 4, 2021, 8:51 pm)I had been doing our Family taxes for years. As the kids got older things got more..... complex. I finally caved in and my wife wanted to try Liberty Tax in Thornhill. We had our taxes prepared by Paula who was AMAZING to work with. She was kind, informative, and engaging the entire time. She also (inadvertently) showed why I needed a professional when our return increased substantially due to my ignorance of more specific benefits.
If this were not enough, while following up, Paula went out her way on more than one occasion to assist my wife and I. I was both surprised and pleased by this as it seems a rarer thing as years go by.
I am not usually a review writer, but when I do, it is motivated by what I deem an exceptional service that stands out.
Needless to say, I could not recommend this location more based on my experience with Paula.
I wish I had your last name nearby, but thank you again, Paula, for all you've done for us. -

I merely went in to drop my tax stuff off at the 2900 Steeles Ave. location and to my pleasant surprise, I walked out fifteen-twenty minutes later with my taxes done and a return on the way. I believe Paula is who I've mostly dealt with and she is fantastic. Ive been using Liberty for a few years now and have been looked after well each time. I recommended Liberty Tax to a few people and they are also just as impressed as I am.
