I have referred Marl to several people who are all very happy. One client comes from the Danforth all the way to Thornhill to get services from Mark. Fully recommended.

(October 21, 2020, 8:35 pm)This was our first visit to ESP and we were very happy with the entire experience. Mark was brilliant, not just with our cat, but with us as well. Throughout the 20 minutes we were there he talked to all of us and shared valuable tips and advice. The service itself was quick and very professional. Our cat needed a sanitary trim and her nails done and Mark completed it with the gentlest touch. No fuss, no anxiety for anyone. Definitely recommend!
