(December 14, 2022, 4:27 am)Your great staff at your markham shop in loblaws. I recently changed plans and added2 other new customers to FIDO. This was done during your recent Black Friday event. Errors were made during the online booking. Could only be corrected at one of your shops. I have dealt with this shop before.Both the manager( Suthan Arumugam and your sales person were outstanding. Very patient, and professional, taking close to 2 hours to help correct the situation and provide me excellent customer service .

(November 27, 2018, 8:41 pm)Great Customer Service from Brendan.. he explained different offers for different phones patiently and also helped me get discount for the plan. Only con is that they have only two computers so only two guys can set up accounts even during rush.

(March 14, 2018, 5:50 pm)Unlike other shops, the staffs were not just knowledgeable but also very helpful and patiently answered all the questions I had. They were also willing to help me set up my phone ensure everything up and running even they needed to work overtime. That was really touching. One of the best customer experience I had so far.
