Great first experience.
My first contact was Troy who was funny, caring, intelligent and passionate about his craft. He took the time to teach me information about my vehicle like a doctor would with their patient.
They also do not throw out parts without trying all other options first.

They are very professional, always transparent and realistic about the services that need to be done on my car. I also have to highlight that they are always willing to accommodate and go out of their way to resolve as fast as possible any problem I have encountered with my car. I feel relieved to know that my car is in good hands after previous bad experiences with other reputable dealerships.
Great customer service! They explained each thing I needed and the estimate they gave me was spot on. No hidden costs and the car wash is free.
I wasn't able to drop my car off at the appointed time and they had no problem with that! They even dropped me off at my house while they fixed my brakes with same day service. Will use them again!
They don't make you wait in the shop for your car, they come and pick it up from your house or work and have it done by the end of the day, so you don't have to worry about making it there on time to get service. Everyone there is really nice and helpful, they explain things so you can understand them (if you don't know about cars). They treat you like a person, not like a number as some places do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for people who know what they're doing!
