Francis is a very honest mechanic. He does all the work himself so it's nice to communicate with the actual person that works on the car. Bought a used 2010 4Runner Trail Edition and found the breaks to be too spongy. We brought it to Francis and he went through by showing and explaining what was happening, why and what needed to be replaced now vs. next season. He's realistic and reasonable and uses genuine Toyota/Lexus parts, not the knockoffs.
