I went for a consult today and met Dr. Tai for the first time. He created a very safe space and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He gave plenty of time to ask questions and made me feel validated along the way. I feel confident in his expertise and would highly recommend him to others.

Went in for wisdom teeth extraction today and Dr Tai and his staff were very helpful, caring and supportive. His assistant went over everything before the procedure started and explained what the steps would be once extraction was complete and recovery began. Also throughout the procedure Dr Tai insured me that everything was going to be okay and gave me heads up throughout the procedure about what was happening and what steps they were on. Would definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Dr Tai office and staff. He did work for my son years ago. And it was my turn to have some teeth removed. The comfort level I have felt is unbelievable. Right from the parking and the process with covid-19 in place. The staff is welcoming and most comforting at all times. Everyone speaks and smiles. The compliments for this office is unlimited here from me! My after care and the calls to see how I'm keeping. I'm on my 3rd day from surgery and I feel great! Healing wonderfully. I traveled from Courtice to him and I would do it again! Awesome surgeon ! Awesome staff! Thank you !

I'm giving a 5 star rating to this dental office. They were comforting, gentle and such nice people. Dr Marina Prichert and her nurse made my fear go away and my recovery was fast for a Wisdom Tooth extraction. I would highly recommend this office.

The experience I had with this dental clinic was all positive. The procedures in place to protect their customers during this pandemic were all within government guidelines, and then some.
I felt completely safe while in the office, as all staff had gloves and masks on, as well as frequent hand sanitizing and washing.
I was taken in for my appointment within a reasonable time frame of my originally scheduled appointment time. Very thorough to say the least.
They also took the time to discuss my concerns, instead of trying to usher me out the door for the next appointment.
