(December 10, 2019, 3:05 am)Cozy spot that's a little tucked away, but worth a visit (or several!). Their coffee is great, and they also have lots of other neat Japanese-inspired warm bevvies that are worth trying, whether you want caffeine or not. In terms of food, my favourite was the Okonomiyaki grilled cheese (more of a snack size). The rice bowl is probably better if you're hungry. Great spot to go with friends and share plates so you can try everything!

(May 5, 2019, 9:02 pm)It’s a modern, cozy little shop that’s connected to a hair salon. The salon sign is huge across the top and the cafe sign for Scenic is a lot smaller and only on the window under the salon sign which makes it a bit easy to miss or completely drive by.
Waiter was really friendly but the wait for food to come out was a bit long.
Quality of food is great and everything was tasty. Especially liked the black sesame French toast. The biscuit used in the eggs Benedict was nice and crispy on the outside but soft center.
Overall, would recommend because the food and coffee were great but would only come when I am not in any rush and have 2 hrs for a brunch.
