When we first met Saira, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property she would perform comprehensive inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Saira also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. I met Saira in a pretty unconventional way. We never spoke on the phone prior to accidentally meeting in the building I currently live in. She was showing the unit I wanted to rent for my sister to another couple and readily made herself available to show it to me too. She was exceedingly kind and quick in all her responses to us, and within just a couple of days, we were able to rent the apartment we wanted for my sister.
