(May 29, 2021, 5:19 pm)I bought an Air Conditioner unit "Lennox" from Costco last year. It worked fine in the first year. However, this year the AC was not working. I knew the coolant had leaked. I contacted Costco and they sent Jason Ge to look into the problem. Jason Ge had initially installed the AC unit at my house last year. Even last year when he came to install the unit, I was impressed with his professionalism . This time, Jason promptly responded. He came on the scheduled time, inspected the unit, detected the gas leak and replaced the entire coil. Hopefully, the problem is fixed for good. However, he did his work in a timely manner and professionally. He was polite and explained everything to me. The most important thing is, he was sorry for the problem I had gone through. He is a gentleman and knows his work. He knows me as Shah Ahmad

(April 3, 2021, 12:52 am)Jason did a great job replacing the fuel gas pipes for me. The job was done professionally and neatly. In addition, he was thoughtful and went the extra mile to improve the pipe ending position for a better air intake. I am satisfied with his service.

(January 21, 2020, 2:45 am)Since my first house changed furnace by Rosewood heating and Cooling company, I was impressive with their service on time, excellent quality of work so I stick to them for all the heating and cooling related works. They always pick up the phone call very quickly and answers all my questions patiently, plus the quotation of price always very competitive comparing to others. I highly recommend this company to all properties owners.

I hired Rosewood Heating and cooling for replacing my old air conditioner which ceased working. I randomly chose this contractor from online website, I felt I got lucky for choosing a right guy for this job.
I accepted Jason’s recommendation for brand and capacity for my cooling unit. Fair price and great job.
Really like the way Jason works and approaches people in a straightforward and most importantly a sincere way. He thinks about everything in customer’s perspective and for our customer’s benefits. He makes all the efforts to make sure the work is done perfectly. I was impressed.
Would highly recommend this contractor to anyone that has heating and cooling needs. -
