Dr. Bennet Mui and his staff are an excellent team of Orthodontists here in Markham.
We went to him for my son who was then 12 years old and since day one we have felt welcomed and appreciated in the clinic along with state of the art technology and treatment advice
My son has finished his treatment this year and we are extremely happy with his results. I like the fact that pateints are given a 2 YEAR , follow up treatment which is rarely seen in the industry.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome orthodontist. His knowledge and expertise is excellent and he is backed by his great staff who are very helpful and supportive. In one instance of my sons retainer being lost , i left a message after hours and guess what? Dr Mui himself called me back to assure me that it can be taken care of! Which Dr personally calls these days.

Great front desk service...always friendly and accomodating. Also, always on time. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes for an appointment. They are so efficient at managing their scheduling. Dr. Mui is very informative, patient and communicates very clearly what the proposed plan is for your child. He doesn't rush or pressure you into a decision. I have enjoyed being a client with Dr. Mui and his staff for the past 18 months. Great results so far on my daughter's orthodontic procedures. Would highly recommend their services.
