Markham Knife & Scissor Sharpening

I called in advance to ask about the best time to drop off two knives with minimal wait time. I chatted with Joe and was advised accordingly. Based on the very positive and easy-going conversation we had, I decided on these guys to service my knives. Quick service, reasonable prices, and super chill guys to interact with which is hard to come by nowadays. Highly recommended.

Surprise surprise another 5 star review lol. Joe and Rick are both really friendly, knowledgeable and professional with fair pricing for their craftsmanship. My lawnmower blade literally looks brand new, dare I say it this makes me want to cut the grass! ?

Definitely will be back in the future as I cannot get my blades as sharp as these gentlemen can. ❤️

Excellent service and price! I had been searching for a knife sharpening service that could fit my tight schedule and was in a convenient location. Ricky was very professional and friendly. He had my knives sharpened in an hour on a Saturday morning, after which he took the time explain what he did. I had two knives serviced and they are wonderfully sharp and a pleasure to use again. Found Markham Knife & Scissor sharpening on Google. Impressed with the number of reviews and willing to try them out. Their website has a link to book an appointment. Did this on July 1st late evening. To my surprise Rick replied back with the next available appointment within 15 minutes!
Gave them my chef knife and cleaver. 30 minutes later, knives were sharp enough to cut paper as Rick demonstrated. Professional, courteous, manages customer expectations well. Price reasonable and they are professionals in their line of work. Highly recommend using their knife sharpening service.
