(October 20, 2020, 5:28 pm)I made my appointment online. That is the key, folks! It is easy to make an appointment (and it is just as easy to cancel if you change your mind).
Anyway, there was a bit of a lineup in the hallway. The staff will come out and receive customers. It took me under 20 minutes to get in and out of there. And this was done during lunch hour on a Wednesday. I have no complaint at all. The staff was friendly as well.
