He was there for the roughing in and then returned for the final connection of the central vac. He respected my need for aesthetic and went beyond the call to make a utilitarian appliance actually attractive. Definitely, I would work with Ridwan again and I highly recommend him. Sara

The previous technician did a very poor job in installing our vacuum. Ridwan took time and effort to fix the problems which someone else made without charging us a fortune. He is very professional with a thorough knowledge in his field. He provides outstanding customer care and he makes follow-up calls to make sure there is no new concerns. He is very patient and polite with his customers. A true gentleman! Highly recommend him (GTA Vacuum) for installation of Central Vacuum.
