We would like to thank the whole team specially Carmela Quercia and Michael Luciano for all the hard work and services specially during the most difficult time of the COVID and New Year rush. The result is truly impressive. Builder services and support after our move is expectational. They have taken care of the list of the issues in a timely and prompt manner with the best results and more important, a very professional team. Esquire Homes company is amazing and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a custom-built home.

Esquire delivered our home during very challenging times of the COVID 19 Pandemic. The whole process went very smooth from the transactional stage, design consultation with Carmela and finally the closing.
What sets Esquire apart from any other builder is the quality of workmanship and materials used, they don't cheap out.
Lastly, the customer service and warranty service is 10 out 10. Michael and his team are responsive, professional and very reasonable to deal with. -

Every time I was concerned with an issue they always resolved it very quickly. Thank you so much for the great service I will recommend you to my friends and family.

We cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Esquire Homes. From the 1st day they were amazing and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy.
Mike is doing a great job, and we appreciate him going the extra mile for us. He has made sure our all the problems we are facing with our new house fixed right away.
I would highly recommend Esquire Homes Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision.
