Awesome troubleshooting skill and was able to find the cause of the issue of my furnace and saved me $$$! Amazing people special thanks to Tracy (sales), Watson (Tech manager), and forgot the name of the tech that was dispatched.

Here's the story:

Couple weeks ago trying to turn on the heat before the winter comes to ensure it works but there's no heat coming out from the vent so I google a random company that is close to come take a look. The technician said, the motor needs to replace but there's no stock and the best is to replace the whole unit that will costs a lot of money. I try to get some quote from other places for the furnace, I landed to Eco Star. Tracy was great and professional and assign someone to look at the problem of the furnace first. The technician came to look at the issue first and try to troubleshoot. and re-did cabling and was working for a bit and the no heat after. The technician said it might be related to Nest Thermostat but the Nest thermostat from my point of view it is working and there's no error messages. The Head tech Watson was very helpful, and from their experience it might be the nest that causes the issue. I was doubting because Nest is working so I move forward to change the thermostat. VOILA ! once is changed everything is working!!

My house is 12 years and there is a bit rust on the furnace bottom, Tracy proposed to buy a Maintenance. Checking the furnace, the Collect Box was blocked from which caused the water drop. Also found out the Sensor was dirt with dust. Technician patiently removed the blocking material and cleaned up the dusty sensor too. It is essential to find out all the problems in advance. The technician is experience and polite. I am glad to express on this platform. It is worth to have maintenance each year. Highly recommended
