(August 31, 2020, 3:47 pm)In the past I had gotten a quote which was competitive, but not quite what I needed. I checked recently and was able to obtain a quote (and switched plans to them) for a significant amount of savings compared to the broker I had been at for over 10 years.
I spoke with Ravi and his service was excellent, professional, and expedient.

I know insurance companies can be quite busy sometimes, and when I reached out to Fraser as an introduction from a colleague, he dropped everything he had going on to get a quote to me immediately. While the pricing was competitive and in line other numbers I had received, the attention to detail and customer service made it a "no brainer" to bring my home and auto policy to Deeks Insurance. Very glad to finally feel like I have a personal insurance agent that I can always turn to with Fraser!
