In summer of 2018, we listed our condo for sale through a private sale service thinking it would be an easy/quick sale. It sat on the market for a few months with minimal showings and very little interest from potential buyers.
We were very surprised from this result as the location was desirable within the heart of Vaughan.

A few months after sitting on the market, we came across Yang. Upon our first interaction we knew that his experience and knowledge would benefit us in selling our unit.

Yang took the time to discuss the process with us, the benefits of listing with him and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.

Once he took over the listing, we had countless viewings. We sold our condo within a timely manner and were extremely satisfied with his professionalism that we ended up listing our 2nd condo for lease with him as well.
We have dealt with other real estate agents with not so good results which was the reason we listed through private sale in the first place.

We would highly recommend Yang and will attest in his ability to list and close your property.
