C Plus Roofing

I had a hole in my roof that needed to be repaired asap as we were getting a snow storm. I contacted c plus roofing and they had someone sent out within the hour. They fixed my roof very fast and effectively and I would use this company again in the spring for my other roofing concerns. Highly recommend. When he came he was very professional and even texted me pictures of the roof that he repaired so I could see what he did. The option of texting them is also a great benefit as I could send them a picture of my issue so I could get a real quote on costs before committing to have them come. Again. Highly recommended!

CPlus installed the roof of my neighbour's house just across the street, early in the morning, a few months ago. I was thinking of getting a quote after they had finished the job. After I returned home from a bit of shopping during the same morning, they were resting. By the time I finished unloading my car, I looked outside: they had packed up and left already. They made it seem like nothing had happened, but the old roof was gone and a new roof was there! I was impressed.

My neighbour passed me Jacky's contact and he provided a very reasonable quote with lots of information. This included their website, which listed all the things to expect in different stages of roof installation. What was surprising was that their measurements and estimation on my roof was done without even visiting the site in person! They certainly have high tech equipment and internet app on their side.

With some delay due to weather, they came last week and did the something (i.e., get the job done in no time). Six people were working as one team with all the necessary machines and tools.

Their service is professional and courteous. These are some additional items recommended on site and those are very practical: 1) four roof vents were installed at the four most needed locations; it was recommended to improve the efficiency of existing single wind turbines, and 2) since we had animal issues in the past, they installed metal plates to cover each side of the roof edges.

The crew did a good job to clean up after the installation, such as sweeping the whole area and removing the nails with magnetic sweepers.

CPlus is a good name, but one of my friend asked, "why don't they called themselves 'A Plus?'" I hope someone can tell me!

Replaced my roof with new shingles 4th week of July 2022. Jacky is a thorough professional and courteous in dealing with customers. He was patient in answering all my questions. He also suggested Wind turbines to be replaced as it was not rotating and he bought/installed those for me for no extra charges (apart from turbine cost).
The very next week, had a big thunderstorm in Toronto. I called Jacky to inspect the attic and roof. He came right away and addressed my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

The recent May 2022 thunderstorm torn apart portion of the roof above the master bedroom and water leaked into the ceiling and dripped through one of the pot lights. Got the name of CPlus Roofing from one of neighbors who had their roof replaced last summer. Called Jacky and explained the urgency and he came the next day (Sunday) and quickly patched the torn portion. A couple of months later he and the crew came to replace the whole roof. They spent one afternoon to replace the garage and the front porch and one whole day (7am to 6pm) to replace the rest of the house. Unfortunately one of the outdoor wall lights was broken during the work but Jacky quickly apologized, found, and replaced the light the next day! The new roof looks great, the crew did a good job in the before preparation and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend CPlus Roofing. BTW, the aerial drone video showing the new roof was amazing, good use of technology.

Jacky and team arrived at 6:30 am and was quick to setup for 7 am.
The entire process was very positive from beginning to end, they updated us on the condition of the plywood and unfortunately we had to repair and replace a board. Jackie reassured us that the roof will be fine afterwards and will hold up better in the winter. The crew did the best to clean up after the installation (sweeping, leaf blowing and metal sweeping afterwards).

If I were to fault Jacky for anything, he needs a full time assistant to help with calls and bookings. Otherwise our family is very happy how things turned out.
