(December 9, 2021, 6:24 am)It's not a bad platform, but it tends to timeout and reset to default settings, even on the permission sides for managers so that's not a great thing in busy season to have to deal with. I also think it could be massively improved to a text and link booking site for clients to book with ease online, something to add for clients instead of everything hitting front desk. and have a text confirmation to reconfirm appts booked by clients as a reminder online.... I've been in spa 20 plus years, it's a techy world we live in. Efficiency is very important for the user, and for companies.
